On August 29, in Quynh Nhai district, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work. Attending the Conference were comrade Dang Ngoc Hau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Comrade Dinh Trung Dung, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the District Party Committee and leaders of the Department of Home Affairs, District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district and other agencies and units.

On August 8, Quynh Nhai District Police held a Conference to hand over the Regulations on coordination between the District Police Party Committee and the Commune Party Committees. Attending the Conference were comrade Dieu Anh Chau, Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee; District Police Professional Teams; Party Committee Secretary and Commune Police Chief.

On the occasion of entering the new school year, on August 28, the Red Cross Association of Quynh Nhai district organized the transfer of gifts from the Thien Tam Fund of Hanoi to 7 poor students overcoming difficulties at Muong Giang Secondary School and Quynh Nhai High School.
